About Evelyn

I grew up with a cat named Patrick. He was my best friend growing up. I wanted to see him through to year 20. He made it just shy of his next birthday. My old man cat taught me the importance of responsibility and compassion. He taught me at a very young age how to treat animals. He would never ever bite or scratch me, but he made me aware in the most gentle way when I did something he didn't like. He was "just a cat" but that cat was a dear family member. It was his time to leave this earth, but every day I still miss him. I recognize the importance animals have in the every day lives of people. They are not "just animals" they are our friends, our family and for some people they are everything. I would care for your animal like I would if they were my own.
