She is one of the best caregivers I have ever met. Both pragmatic, knowledgable, safe and thoughtful about communications, and the kids LOVE her. I can't recommend her enough. If I lived closer or could convince her to move to us, we'd hire her in a nanosecond. She's AMAZING.
