About Evelyn

My name is Evelyn, and I have several years of experience caring for children through nannying/ babysitting, as well as tutoring, coaching, and volunteering at my local church. Through these experiences, I've developed strong skills in compassionate listening and meaningful engagement, allowing me to step into each child's unique world and thoughtfully respond to their individual needs. I am also a certified EMT with 5 yrs of experience in healthcare/ emergency situations, so safety and calm decision-making are a priority for me. I am currently in grad school for counseling, where I hope to help children and families grow emotionally and deepen their understanding of one another. My goal is to create a compassionate, encouraging atmosphere where kids feel truly cared for and loved, and where their curious minds can grow with confidence.
