It was 11 kids to 2 adults and my dad was the only one that worked. So I understand the need for help or just a break. I don't mind last minute request especially if I'm available just reach out and ask. I strive to follow all instructions as written or verbalized but we all know with kids life happens. I'm not in the business of lying so I won't paint this perfect picture but I will give you an honest one. It's truly hard to explain my level of care with children I see a child and I automatically go into a care/protect mode with them as I would my own.
