I'd describe my personality as Enthusiastic, patient, compassionate. I love to work with children because every interaction presents an opportunity to contribute positively to a child's growth, whether it's helping them navigate challenges, encouraging their curiosity, or simply being a supportive presence. I also value opportunities for creativity, a space where I can apply my enthusiasm and patience to positively impact the lives of the children in my care. Additionally, I appreciate a job that encourages continuous learning and professional development in the field of child development. As for my experience, embracing the role of an au pair in America since 2015 has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. I bring the richness of my Chinese background to the daily lives of the host family's children, fostering a love for the language and culture. The joy of seeing them grow, both linguistically and personally, is immensely rewarding.
