Hello! I have worked with children off and on for over 20 years, including as a preschool teacher, camp counselor, elementary classroom assistant, and nanny. I also have a background in visual arts, non-profit work, and customer service. Through it all, working with kids has been one of my very favorite jobs, I get to play all day! My core MO with kids is engagement, I am always talking to, singing to, playing with, and interacting with the little ones that I care for. Of the utmost importance to me is what your little one likes and wants to do- I set boundaries around safety and respecting others, and collaborate with the children on the rest. Sway was our nanny for several months starting when my son was 3 months old. She was loving, attentive, professional and a joy to have in our home.
