My name is Evan and I am a graduate student at the University of North Florida. I dropped out of school in the 6th grade due to family life but got a GED when I turned 18. I enrolled in college classes and eventually graduated with a bachelors degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from UNF and am currently studying material sciences and engineering. I have been tutoring privately and for multiple organizations for 8 years. I know very well what it means to not understand or to struggle with learning.. but how to work hard and overcome those difficulties. I have a lot of experience working with underprivileged youth, individuals with special needs, as well as advanced students. Learning is mean't to be a life long journey and I hope to help others start on their own. Personal: I play rocket league the car soccer game and love it. I have two cats Clementine and Lenny. I do computational research in solid state physics.

Evan helped me this Summer with both Physics 1 and Physics 2 at UNF. He was super helpful and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the content. He is funny and amazing at explaining physics material so that it makes sense. Evan was always accessible outside of scheduled sessions to answer any extra questions I had, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely would not have been able to feel as confident in class or get A+'s in both courses without his help. He is the best and I highly recommend him!
