I have been a certified teacher for over 10 years. My formal certification is in English literature and writing education, but I have also specialized in teaching math, computer skills, elementary-middle school math/science, Spanish, theater, and music. Not only do I have knowledge in multiple subject areas and across all grade levels, but my teaching technique exudes patience and tenacity, especially with those students who have learning challenges. My level of commitment to my students is always reflected in their educational progress. I adore working with children and can imagine nothing more rewarding than shaping young minds to enjoy and appreciate academics. Eva has been a TREMENDOUS help with tutoring our son! We don't know what we would do without her. She has made a night and day difference. Eva has a way of reaching him to master his studies. She alters her teaching style to accommodate his learning needs. He is now making all As. My son does have ADHD, without hyperactivity. Eva has a gift with this. She is EXCELLENT!! Understanding, encouraging and engaging, with wonderful results. A++!! We love her!
