Eva worked with us during the interview process and was pretty responsive. We hired her a few weeks ago to start today. We reached out a few days before to finalize details and never heard back, and were left without child care. I'll certainly admit we could have done more to foster better communication, but as over burdened parents it's difficult to take full responsibility here; we're looking for a responsible adult to care for our children.
