Esther is fantastic! She helps our family out 2-3x/week - she watches my son who is 4 and my daughter who is 1. She is on time, dependable, positive and very calm despite all the chaos. When the kids are napping she helps with other home related tasks- keeping the kitchen tidy, organizing, meal prep, dog walking and grocery shopping.
