About Esther

All my life I have been working with children. I grew up with a large household of six where, as than older sister, I've gained a great overall understanding of being patient, responsible and understanding children's learning needs, behaviors and growth process. I am able to adapt to different personalities and changes. While in school, I would always volunteer to work in children's daycare at church, orphanages, tutoring and after school programs. After graduating from Pasadena High School, I became a Teacher's Assistant and Daycare Staff at Bethany Christian School where I Supervised, mentored and tutored elementary/middle school kids. Several years later, I joined the Police Activities League, where as a Youth Advisor I'd mentor, tutor and provide services for at-risk youth. This experience has broadened my experience on working with a more diverse group of children of all backgrounds, ages, nationalities, communities, etc.
