About Esther

Hi! I'm Esther, and caring for others has always been close to my heart. I have 7 years of childcare experience, including 3+ years professionally as a Toddler Teacher, plus experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) supporting individuals with different needs and abilities. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. I enjoy reading stories, planning fun activities, supporting routines, building confidence, and celebrating milestones. My DSP experience has strengthened my patience, compassion, and understanding of individual needs. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, dependable, organized, and attentive. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your child. I value open communication with parents and strive to create a warm, safe environment where children feel supported and loved. My goal is to be someone your child looks forward to seeing and your family can always count on!
