I hired Esther when I was pregnant in 2015. She starting caring for my child at around 12 weeks when I went back to work. She continued full time care until around the age of 2.5. While she wasn't full time care to this day Esther continues to care for my child at age 4.5 when she can.Which is about twice a week at the moment. Esther brings a wealth of experience from newborn to preschool and onward. Adapting her activities such as reading, science and STEM activities to meet the child needs and move them forward in a fun and interactive way. She is very caring and loving. While agreeing to a schedule she has also been flexible when she can. She has helped in the evenings and bedtime on occasion. She not only gained my and my husband trust but my child fully trusts her and knows that Esther cares for her.
