About Esthefania

Hello families!! My name is Esthefania, and I am looking for full time role (split schedule accepted, ROTA position more than welcome), or two part time roles. I am currently doing a ROTA nanny backup care for 6 amazing children, but I'm looking for a long term role where I can bring my love and passion for taking care of others. I have been doing this for 8 years, amazing years with rewards and challenges, but always open to learn and accept feedback. I have work authorization, so a W-2 position is welcomed. I honor the family's rules, but I am also proactive and comfortable taking initiative. I believe being a nanny is about more than just taking care of the children. It's about becoming a trusted and reliable part of the household. I am open to step in whatever is needed in the household, from light tidying up to laundry, grocery shopping and meal prep! Let's connect. I can't wait to meet you!
