Hi! I'm Estez, a caring and dependable childcare provider. I have dedicated the last seven years to making a positive impact on the lives of children ages 1-11. I have experience caring for children in home settings as well as residential/sleepaway camp settings, where I worked as both a Head and General Counselor. I'm experienced with daily routines, safety, and promoting positive behavior. Creativity and comfort are very important to me. I founded and direct a youth all-girls dance team, where I love watching children grow creatively, build confidence, and express themselves. My approach is patient, understanding, and creative, ensuring each child feels supported and inspired. I'm happy to assist with crafts, light housekeeping, and following your family's routines and household rules. I'm genuinely excited to help your child thrive and can't wait to meet you!
