About Ester

Hi! I'm Ester, and I have over 13 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. For the past year, I've been working full-time with the same family, caring for their little one since he was just 3. 5 months old. Watching him grow into a happy, curious 15-month-old has been incredibly rewarding. I have strong references from this family and take pride in building trusting, long-term relationships with both parents and children. In addition to my full-time nanny position, I've worked with many families throughout Alexandria and the surrounding area for date nights and occasional care. I'm proud of the lasting relationships I've built-many parents continue to reach out whenever they need childcare. I have a background in Psychology, coursework in child development, and experience as a nanny, in daycare nurseries, schools, and children's recreation. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and would love to support your family!
