About Estela

If you are looking for someone to not just "watch" your children but to truly love and lead your household, Estella is the absolute gold standard. She has been with our family for over twelve years, caring for all three of our kiddos from the day they were born. From those first blurry newborn weeks to navigating the pre-teen years with our now 12-year-old, Estella has been our rock. I know it’s a deeply personal choice to have someone help with a newborn, and at first, I wasn't entirely sure how I would feel about having someone in our space overnight. But Estella made me feel so incredibly comfortable right from the start. I was completely exhausted, and she worked out a schedule with me so that I still felt like a new mother, but was actually able to get some much-needed rest. For each of our three babies, she did those overnights for the first month, and it was an absolute lifesaver. Since those early days, she has been our "everything" person—covering date nights, special events, and providing multi-day overnight care while we’ve traveled for both business and pleasure. Coming home after a trip is usually stressful, but with Estella, the house runs so perfectly that you’d never even know we were gone. She manages the chaos of three different schedules with total grace—driving them to school, soccer practice, and gymnastics without ever missing a beat. Beyond the logistics, she has a beautiful way of looking after the whole home. Even though we always tell her that cleaning isn't the priority with three kids running around, she somehow finds the time to cook and tidy up. She truly leaves our home better than she found it every single time. It is rare to find someone you can trust implicitly with your children’s safety, your home’s rhythm, and your family’s heart.
