Essence is the most sweetest babysitter that we've ever had. She's highly reliable and it is evident that she really loves children. She not only played and cared for my daughters (ages 14months and 2.5 years old), but they felt so loved by her because of how well cared for they were. My teenager son (14 year old) watches his sisters on occasion and was here at the same time, and he even agrees that she is outstanding! If she applies to your job, it'd be a mistake to not hire her. She's simply the best! We use her monthly for date night and trust her completely.
