We were so lucky to have Esperanza as our nanny for a year and a half. She took care of our daughter from ages 3-4.5. She is trustworthy, reliable, always on time, and a good communicator—a true professional nanny. She was amazing with our daughter; she is kind and loving. She has such a calming presence and is never rattled by a toddler meltdown! She is proactive and was excellent at planning out a variety of activities for our daughter; she always had play dates lined up or trips to the library, aquarium, etc., giving her a healthy mix of various activities to keep her busy and engaged. She knows how to jump right in and be an engaged nanny with little direction. We always felt a true sense of security when our daughter was with Esperanza - we knew she was happy, engaged and well-cared for at all times. We truly miss Esperanza and any family would be lucky to have her with them.
