About Esperanza

Hello! My name is Esperanza and I've been working with kids for 14 years in the position of nanny, babysitter, crafts teacher, elementary school volunteer, and assistant softball coach. I've enjoyed 3 years of full time/year round nanny experience with multiple families and it has been miraculous to watch the kiddos grow! (References available) I have a passion to create an environment that encourages children to explore and learn with an open mind. The world has endless possibilities and I would love to offer a space for your children to discover what brings them joy and accentuates their unique personalities. I believe patience, communication, dependability and a loving nature are all qualities necessary for job of such importance - and I am excited to bring forward these attributes when caring for your child. I am currently working as a CNA and have completed course work in childhood development/nursing. My goal in the future is to become a pediatrics registered nurse!
