About Esme

My name is Esme and I am a recent college graduate. I have grown up caring for animals my entire life and feel a special connection to dogs, in particular. In addition to my upbringing, I have taken care of animals in people's homes on Nantucket Island and in Yellow Springs, Ohio. My experience includes caring for chickens, rabbits, dogs, and cats. I am able to provide baths, light grooming, medication, and I can care for animals with special needs and disabilities. Most of my professional experience is in working as a teacher and as an adult caregiver, which has equipped me with a specific kind of patience and the ability to provide exceptional care rooted in empathy. Spending time with animals and caring for them while their families are working or out of town is something that I enjoy and find important. I am an active person who loves to spend time outdoors.
