About Esme

I am 18 and I love working with kids! I am currently a preschool teacher for infants to 5 years old but I have experience with kids of all ages. I also have lots of experience with neurodivergent children and kids of all different abilities and needs. I started out as a mother's helper around 11 years old and have been working with kids ever since. I am currently still in high school and working so my schedule is not as set as it says in my profile but I am pretty flexible and should have more flexibility starting around January. I have my license and a car. I am patient and adaptable and I always try my best to get a deep understanding of a child's needs and routine to best fit into their flow.
