About Esmatsadat
Experience: 10 yrs
With over 13 years of professional childcare experience in both London, UK, and Boston. I have a solid foundation in caring for children and infants across all age groups. I hold a childcare degree from Barnet and Southgate College in London, UK. I am also a mother of two who have earned their PhD degrees in engineering and science, currently working in the tech industry in the USA. Being bilingual in Farsi (Persian) and English, I bring a multicultural aspect to my caregiving. I am comfortable with pets, highly punctual, and reliable. My approach centers around prioritizing the needs of the children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. I adhere to family guidelines while offering valuable feedback gained through my extensive experience. In addition to my childcare expertise, I am proficient in driving children to school and extracurricular activities. I consistently stay updated on age-appropriate activities to foster the mental and physical development of the children.
Most recent review
We cannot recommend Esmat more highly. She has been a wonderful, loving and kind member of our family for the past 2.5 years. She started working full time with our family when our oldest daughter (now almost 3) was 3 months old and our 2nd daughter is now 1 year. She has helped us to raise them into independent, curious, courageous and strong girls. She is punctual, kind, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and proactive - anticipating what we need before we know we need it and always willing to help. Most importantly, our daughters just LOVE her. And her love does stop with our daughters - she is kind and caring of our senior dog and cat as well. She is a cautious driver and just a lovely human being. She is the best. We highly recommend her and will miss her.
