About Sophie

I am positive, experienced care giver who loves children. I am reliable and can help household duties. I love to do crafts and help kids understand this crazy world. I have had many experiences working with kids of various young ages and loved all of them. I worked in a daycare setting for over 2 years, babysit for many families, and I have taken many classes about child development and was going to school for early childhood education when I had to take a break to focus on working. I am hopeful that I will go back within the next couple years. I love children and think they are so inspiring. I love their creativity, their humor and their positivity. I believe all children are good and there is no such thing as bad behavior, as all behavior is communication. I problem solve with kids by talking to them. I am an authoritative care giver (also known as gentile parenting). I have experience with and am comfortable caring for neurodivergent children and children with physical disabilities
