Erin is a capable care giver who can adapt to the family dynamic. We gave her the task of getting summer work done while having a fun day and she delivered. She was constantly engaging with the kids, had ideas for fun things to do and used screen time appropriately as a reward. Wish I knew her when the kids were younger as she would have made an excellent full time nanny!
