I cannot say enough good things about Erin; her ongoing care of our now 10 month old baby is exceptional, and she comes with my highest recommendation. Erin has been caring for our son since he was just six months old. Her approach to childcare goes beyond mere supervision; she engages with our baby in a way that respects and nurtures his intelligence and curiosity. Her innate ability to communicate and connect with him has seen him grow immensely under her care and has helped me become a better mom. During a particularly overwhelming time in my life after moving across the country with a newborn, Erin not only provided excellent care for our baby but also immense support for me. Erin anticipates needs that I didn't even know I had, easing the mental load with her proactive help around the house and in managing daily routines. Perhaps one of the things that makes Erin most special though is her continuous creativity in problem-solving. No challenge is too big, every situation is an opportunity. Like when she bought a double stroller in order to take our baby out with another that she cares for. Whether it's a walk in that stroller or a trip to the library or a simple errand, Erin always finds fun new ways to ensure that our baby is engaged and learning from the world around him. Every time our baby sees Erin, his face lights up with a big, bright smile, which is perhaps the best testament to the wonderful impact she has on him. We are incredibly grateful for her support and wholeheartedly recommend Erin to any family seeking a caring, intelligent, and fun-loving nanny or babysitter. She loves children deeply, and it shows in every interaction. We are so happy we found her, I don’t know what we would do without her!
