If I could give Erin 7 stars, I would. When we hired Erin we were in a real pickle and needed a many asap as our previous one left with no notice. The original plan was to have Erin for 1 month before our at the time 10 month old would start daycare. Fast forward 8 months and Erin is still with us. She is just way too lovely and amazing. Erin is full of love and treats our son as if he was her own. She is 100% attentive and I never see her on her phone. From reading books, to playing games, playdates to classes - Erin makes sure our son is entertained all day (which creates a high bar for us when she is gone). She also sings to him all the time and has the loveliest voice (she should really be on “The Voice”). Erin has become a part of our family and my heart is breaking when I think about the fact that my son is soon starting daycare and Erin won’t be part of our day-to-day life - I am not sure who is going to suffer more, my son or I. Anyone not hiring Erin asap is a fool.
