Hi there! I'm 22 years old and have been working with children/petsitting for the past decade, and have been a nanny for twin boys (8 yrs old) for the past 5 years. I've worked as a nanny and an assistant teacher at a daycare so I have experience with different children (ages 0-12) in a variety of settings. I'm looking for a job that would be full-time but I am otherwise flexible and can arrange overnights on occasion if needed. I truly enjoy engaging with kids and creating a positive, fun environment for their creativity and development. Balancing playfulness with responsibility, I ensure each interaction contributes to their well-being and growth. I'm very passionate about 'gentle parenting' and Montessori style care, using patience and redirection to foster success. My empathy helps me understand their world, putting myself in their shoes for a richer connection.
