Erin took care of my son for over a year. My son loved her as soon as he met her. She was very patient and loving. She was flexible with the days she worked and we were so lucky to have her for as long as we did. 

Erin was a wonderful nanny to our infant son! She was highly dependable, always on time and flexible when asked. She helped a new mom feel much more comfortable going back to work. She helped him learn to roll, crawl, learn how to eat and helped get him on a proper nap schedule along with other age appropriate skills. She also loved our crazy dogs. We highly recommend Ms. Erin! 

Erin is AMAZING! We wanted to find a reliable babysitter who we could trust to be with out little guy, and who is comfortable with animals in the house too. When we met Erin for the first time to see if she could be our "go to," we knew right away. She walked in the door, instantly gravitated right to our son who was 5 months old at the time, and she "went to work" even just during our first meeting. Our son was drawn to her, she was open, and we felt like we instantly welcomed a trusting friend into our home. I knew again how great she is when she sent photos while we were out and I didn't even ask. She can read parents (new parents in our case) just as well as she can read children. She communicates with us while we are out and she gives us peace of mind that our son is being cared for by someone who knows what she is doing and has love to give too. We love Erin, and our son does too!

We hired Erin to help us full time with our then-6 month old son, and she stayed with our family for 8+ months. We would have had her stay on but we relocated from MI to AZ. Erin was excellent with our son and quickly became part of the family - we could tell early on how fond she was of our son and he of her!  She is very reliable and open with her communications, and was always willing to help out in any way we asked; for example, my husband and I have variable schedules and Erin was extremely patient and flexible with us, and if she was running a few minutes late/sick she would always text in advance so we had a heads up. 

Erin was great about working with our son on appropriate developmental activities and came up with ideas for sensory activities to implement.  I was also often pleasantly surprised to come home from work in the evenings to find the nursery's bookshelves straightened, or our son's closet neatly re-organized (without my having asked or mentioned).  She's great!!!

We've used Erin as a date night babysitter and as a part time nanny. She was prompt with arrival and quick to communicate. Left a detailed schedule of the days activities.

Did a phone interview, all seemed great, said she wanted 3 days a week so she could stay with her current family 2 days a week, we were looking for full time but agreed to part time to work around her schedule. she cancelled the morning of her first day saying she found a full time position instead?

Erin has been amazing!! We pulled our son out of daycare for a few days to prevent him from some of the illnesses going around.  Erin responded to my desperate request for childcare and was at our house right on time the very next day.  She has been punctual, respectful, and fun for our 16 month old son to play with all day.  I strongly recommend Erin for any of your babysitting needs.  I look forward to her continuing to help out our family.

Told me an hour before our interview that she realized she was already booked for the job she applied for. I was super glad I had other interviews lined up. Otherwise I would have had to cancel my plans to stay home with our little dude.

Had a phone interview, seemingly went well; we liked her! We then texted back and forth to set up a time for an in-person interview, settled on a time and day for Sunday morning on Thursday. Texted Sunday morning to confirm, no response and she did not show up. Pretty unprofessional and rude to say the least.

Was looking forward to interviewing Erin. She rescheduled Saturday to Sunday which was no issue...until she was a no show/no call on Sunday unfortunately.

Interviewed Erin for the care of our 9 mo. She spent about 3 hrs with us and we had a great time. She is easy going and was great with my son. She was prompt with communication. Definitely would have hired but COVID changed up our needs a bit. Will definitely consider in the future.

PROS: Punctual, reliable, kindhearted, flexible with hours, created learning calendar for toddlers (letters,colors,craft), picked up our routine very quickly. 

CONS: Most days >2 hrs of TV time, inconsistent with cleaning duties during 2-3 hour nap times, reminders to take kids outside or in basement to play.

Would absolutely hire Erin again and lay out expectations more clearly (daily checklist maybe) instead of relying on contract language with expectations/duties.

I did not hire, however only because my husband and I decided we would give preschool/daycare a try. I wanted it to work out with Erin she was hands down someone who I would want my daughters to be cared for daily. She was on time for the interview and was great with talking to my little ones.  She was so nice and you could tell she loves caring for little ones. :) 

Canceled interview and hour before because she forgot she had prior engagements. 

We hired Erin to nanny our 2 month old daughter until she went to daycare. Erin watched her 8 hours a day from the time she was 2 months old to nearly 7 months old. My daughter absolutely adores Erin, and we are going to miss her. She is a fantastic nanny that I cannot say better things about. Caring, loving, kind, thoughtful and attentive. She followed her schedule perfectly each day, leaving us notes, working with our daughter to play, rollover, sit, etc. I would absolutely recommend Erin and would hire her again. 

She is amazing with children and truly has a passion for what she does. My son absolutely loves her and she will always be my first call for any childcare needs!
