About Erin

Hi! My name is Erin, and I am a certified Early Childhood Special Education teacher with over 8 years of experience working with children of all abilities. I have supported children with developmental delays, autism, speech and language needs, behavioral challenges, and typically developing children in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I am also a mom to a 14-month-old, which gives me both professional expertise and a parent's perspective. I am patient, nurturing, and skilled at creating structured, engaging, and predictable routines that help children feel safe and supported. I use positive, evidence-based strategies and tailor my approach to meet each child's individual needs. I value open communication with families and strive to be a reliable, caring, and trustworthy presence in your child's life.
