About Erin

Hi families! My name is Erin, and I'm a Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher with over 4 years of classroom experience in Fairfax. As I relocate to the area, I'm hoping to find a loving family seeking a caring, dependable nanny, preferably for an older infant or toddler. I'm open to caring for 1-3 children. My Montessori background has taught me the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, build confidence, and develop at their own pace. I love celebrating milestones, encouraging independence, and watching little ones discover the world around them. I believe nannying is about more than childcare. I want to support your family's routines and values while becoming a trusted, consistent presence in your child's life. I'm not just looking for a job, but a family I can build a meaningful relationship with and genuinely feel a part of as we navigate these special early years together!
