Hi families! My name is Erin, and I'm a nurturing and dependable nanny with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University. I have experience caring for children from infancy through early teens and am passionate about supporting their emotional, social, and developmental growth. In addition to private childcare, I've worked one-on-one with children in a behavioral support role, helping strengthen communication skills, social development, and positive behaviors. My background in psychology allows me to approach caregiving with patience, structure, and a strong understanding of child development. I prioritize safety, consistency, and creating a calm, engaging environment where children feel secure and encouraged to learn.
