Hello families! I am career nanny with 15 years' experience. I also have many years' experience consulting for families on sleep (including strategies for sleep training) and positive behavior management at home. I have provided overnight infant care and travel services. I have a master's in school psychology and a bachelor's in psychology. I have taken many courses related to child development and families. In addition to my nanny experience, I've directed out-of-school time programs for school age children, directed camps, coached many sports and have run team building events for schools and corporations. Parents, I'm currently writing a book! While I embark on this new project, I want to make myself available for families needing short term care. Erin is a wonderful nanny! We hired her to take care of our toddler while we were on parental leave and within a week we were comfortable leaving our newborn with her as well. She's very skilled but never made us feel like she knew better than us. Over the years we've used her as a night nanny for our newborn, an overnight nanny for both kids, and a regular daytime nanny. Erin is really knowledgeable about safe sleep, sleep training, wake windows, BLW, potty learning and gentle parenting. We highly recommend her!
