About Erin

Hi families! My name is Erin, and I have 12 years of childcare experience, including private nannying, daycare work, babysitting, and serving as Director and Head of an Infant House at a local daycare. In that role, I managed staff and oversaw the care, safety, and development of up to 12 infants ages 0-2. I've also completed over 50 hours of child-focused education, interned in an elementary school, and most recently worked in HR supporting caregivers who provided in-home services to children with developmental disabilities. I'm a mom to an amazing 5-year-old and love working with children. My caregiving style is gentle, respectful, and structured. I enjoy outdoor play, crafts, sensory activities, music, baby sign language, and supporting healthy sleep routines. I'm comfortable with pets, happy to follow your family's schedule, and would love to learn more about your childcare needs!
