Erin worked for my Company for 7 years and was an outstanding employee who communicated well throughout her work week with management and her employees. She was also very strong at organizing and rearranging our work flow for a more efficient work place. Her ability to resolve problems in a timely manor was effortless for her, I would definitely hire her back if she showed interest in returning to work for me.
