Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. I am a Certified Home Health Aide providing personal care and support to families. For the past five years I have served as a Director for Memory care units in high quality assisted living communities providing leadership and organization. I am patient, compassionate, and skilled in using validation and redirective techniques to support those who need help regulating their emotions due to a dementia diagnosis. I understand the importance of clear and accurate communication. Building a connection based on trust and familiarity is key. I strive to understand each individual's environment and routine to foster independence and reduce stress. I have college experience, current CPR Training, CPI Certified, Mandt Certified, L1Ma and insulin certified. I am an animal person and very comfortable with pets. I have a car for transportation needs. I'm eager to bring my experience and caring nature to your family.
