About Erin

Tutoring Information: Hello! I am currently working as an elementary teacher. I teach 4th grade and have been teaching for 8 years. I also have experience teaching 2nd grade and 8th grade history. I am certified in the state of Kansas for elementary education (K-6) and middle school history. I am passionate about helping students feel more confident with their skills, especially in the areas of math and reading. I like to incorporate games and fun activities into my tutoring lessons. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience and have recently tutored students between 3rd grade and 8th grade levels. In addition to holding a Bachelors of Education from Washburn University, I am also working on my MEd in Learning and Instructional Design at WSU. Childcare: I have been babysitting for over 15 years. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I am also happy to incorporate learning experiences into childcare if desired.
