I interviewed Erin for a caregiver position and found her to be a very friendly, likeable girl. I didn't get to see her interact with my son very much because we met at the library and he was off and playing, so I probably would have requested a second interview before hiring her. Erin wasn't hired because she opted out of the job when her availability changed unexpectedly and she notified me she could no longer be a candidate. I would consider her again for a caregiver position if she was available.
