Helping older adults has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. After spending the past 10 years working with seniors through Caring Transitions, I discovered that what I enjoy most isn't just helping with daily tasks-it's building genuine relationships and making people feel valued, safe, and independent. As I become an empty nester, I'm excited to dedicate this next chapter of my life to providing one-on-one care and companionship. I have a college degree and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. My experience includes companionship, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, organizing, and helping families navigate life's transitions with compassion and respect. I treat every client like family and would be honored to provide the same kindness, patience, dignity, and dependable care I would want for my own parents.
