Erin is kind, smart, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I needed a caregiver with my husband who was hit by a car and suffered a TBI. Erin recognized what his disabilities required and also when he needed alone time. Erin is relational, has superior emotional intelligence, and is perceptive. She Is ethical, honest, and dependable with an admirable work ethic. Erin texted me several times a day over the 5 days I was away which was reassuring and helpful. Erin is hearing impaired, which is ameliorated by her excellent lip-reading skills. I also believe it amplifies her other sensory awareness. My husband was quickly very comfortable with Erin, despite his reticence and trepidation about having someone here to help. As a nurse of 50 years, I can confirm that you will be lucky indeed to have Erin caring for your loved one. Erin is exceptional!
