Erin started taking care of my baby at 5 months. She feeds him, plays with him, sings, and puts him down for his naps. She seems knowledgeable about early childhood education and talks with him to help him learn. She is flexible with different sleep schedules and training methods. She is also responsive to direction - she cleans toys and washes baby's laundry when he naps. I was worried about letting someone else care for my baby because he can get really frustrated and fussy, but Erin is gentle and patient with him. Erin is professional and reliable. She communicates early to confirm dates and times and shows up on time.
