We hired Erin to help us get organized and up to speed on ways to help our 8 year old with his reading and writing. Erin showed up with an abundance of suggestions and work materials that really showcased what we should be doing, as well as how and how often we should be doing it. She was prompt, professional, clear, concise and candid. We immediately began implementing the steps and tools she suggested, and it's made the whole process so much more manageable and positive feeling.
