Our child has more bumps and bruises under Erin's care than any other provider we've had. She doesn't have much professional experience with young children and no experience with infants and despite providing feedback on numerous occasions, could not rise to the standards agreed upon. If you need a babysitter to help out for a few hours to entertain your kids, perhaps she would be an okay fit. That is, if she decides to show up! She is just not reliable. As a parent, we all know how important dependable childcare is. Erin added more stress to our lives as full-time working parents; so much so that our jobs were impacted and put in jeopardy by it. Last, when we chose to hire her, we were in a bit of a bind. She provided three references. One never picked up the phone or called back. One was a personal reference. The third, a family she had only worked with for three months, whose number has since been disconnected.
