I was very excited at the prospect of interviewing and potentially hiring Erik. We emailed back and forth, and I was waiting for a final email from him before we set up an interview. Then he just stopped communicating! I've sent several emails asking if he was still interested (I was still very much invested ). I feel any candidate who just drops out of a hiring process like that is not very professional.
