About Erika

Hello. My name is Erika. I'm a caring, patient, and dependable babysitter with experience working with children from toddlers, preteens to teens. I'm able to care for up to two children at a time (depending on age) and enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids can feel comfortable and parents can feel at ease. I have a Master's degree in Social Work and currently work as a mental health therapist. My professional background working with children and families has helped me build strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm and responsible in different situations. I am able to engage children during play time, assist with personal hygiene and bedtime routines, and keep children engaged in age-appropriate activities as discussed with parents. Also, I love animals and am open to pet sitting (feeding, walks, playtime, giving attention).
