About Erika

Hello! My name is Erika, and I have nearly 10 years of experience working with children of different ages. My background includes working in daycare centers, schools, as an Au Pair, and as a nanny. I am currently a Lead Teacher for children ages 15 to 24 months and am Lead Qualified for both Infants and Toddlers. In my current role, I plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. I am passionate about helping children learn through play, exploration, and positive interactions. I am patient, responsible, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care while building strong relationships with both children and families.
