About Erika

Hello! My name is Erika, and I have nearly 11 years of experience working with children of different ages. My background includes working in daycare centers, schools, and as a nanny. I have experience as a Lead Teacher working with children ages 15 to 24 months, and I am Lead Qualified for both Infants and Toddlers. In my previous role, I planned and implemented age-appropriate activities that supported children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. I am passionate about helping children learn through play, exploration, and positive interactions. I am patient, responsible, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care while building strong relationships with both children and families. I would love the opportunity to support your family and help your child grow, learn, and thrive!
