We have had several nannies that have taken care of our 2.5 year old daughter, and we have interviewed exponentially more. I would estimate that Erika is in the top 5% of all full-time nannies. Her competence, care for the child and self-starting are exceptional. I told my spouse we should all be as good at our jobs as Erika is as a nanny. She can handle as much responsibility as you are inclined to give her. We once left our daughter, dog and home in her care for a week while we left the country, and she handled it without difficulty. She is leaving for family reasons despite our offering a raise as an incentive to remain.
