About Erika

My name is Erika I am 27 years old and an Aunt to 6 beautiful nieces and nephews ages 10 months to 10 years old! I currently work full time as an assistant teacher in the 2-year-old toddler room. I have had experience helping out in all our age groups, 6 weeks to 5 years old. I have been employed with JCC since 2015. I have completed a child development class, that I do have a portfolio on everything I have learned. Through working at the JCC I have come to realize childcare is where my heart is. In my past I have worked customer service and retail jobs where I have learned a lot about communication, responsibility and people skills which I use with my class every day. Walking into my classroom every day is a breath of fresh air. I love all the children like they are a part of my family! I am also CPR certified.
