She is kind, professional, dependable, and consistently arrives on time. Erika has cared for both of our children, ages 8 and 2, during date nights. One evening, our 2-year-old became sick while she was watching him, and she handled the situation with such patience, compassion, and confidence. She took excellent care of him without hesitation, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Erika is wonderful with children.
