About Erika

Taking care of babies and children is very natural to me. I have cared for many, as well as being the oldest of four children. I'm conscious of the value I am providing and give much focus on daily life skills and emotional regulation. Aside from that, I am very responsible, diligent, timely, always thinking ahead, and great with communication. I will always be transparent and upfront, so I do come with two littles of my own - a boy and a girl. My son is 3. 5 and my daughter is nearly 2. Understandably, it may be a bit to ask, but I'd love for it to be part of our conversation. My most recent position was for another toddler, so I really feel I can handle it all. The family also had a dog. I kept up with laundry (washing, drying, putting away). Dishes done daily (whether needing to load or reload the dishwasher OR wash by hand). Vacuuming was done as needed, which IS needed often with three toddlers and a dog. But on top of it all, we did crafts, played outside, read, you name it.
